On behalf of Founders and Officers, we have decided the new strategy to provide you with the needed help to grow, so we do expect from you all to be more active and double your company size every week from now and so on.
after studying the market we have found out that the new products lines will be suggested is the most profitable, and we do expect from you to react to this request and get involved in our TG business.
The new business lines is :-
please choose one business line ONLY to produce, the TG will supply you with all inputs needed, the distribution point will be any of the business line members , will be invoiced to you all the inputs and will be receiving it from different suppliers within the TG members too.
And invoice the final product to VATSCO or Johns Corporation for retailing .

please add 5% more on the final price.
all construction material you will receive at competitive prices from VATSCO , just send your request.
Advices and Terms :-
1.every company should produce one product, exceptions will be made for one more product according to size and activity.
4.we suggest you will research only the product you will produce with 3 R&D centers , and have 3-5 mega stores to generate daily cash ( and we will fill it with products with high reputation and awareness) so you will be able to retail at the highest retail price.

5.the rest of your company lands will hold factories = 40-44 .
6.expanding on daily bases 10% of your company buildings.
7.this will generate for you a lot of cash , and we will be always to support you.
8.breaking any of the rules or you will be got reselling the inputs you have been supplied by TG members you will be meeting the sequences of being kicked from the TG.
9.for your owned buildings already, convert to any business line you choose , if you can't do so; as you have farms , you will be instructed to invoice it to TG member and he will resale in auctions. so you will be able to build the required building instead.
10. all factories should be on (productive region) , stores ( city center ), R&D your choice but not standard.

“PASS IT ON DOWN” HelpersTG PROGRAM NOTE: if you receive any property from this program you have to pass one to fellow participating member.
The Purpose of this program is to allow members regardless of their score or size grow each time the program cycle runs. Also, this allows them to start helping their fellow members below them and new ones that come to HELPERS TG.
Also with this program we can keep a certain amount of properties within the TG. They never leave the TG, just keeps being expanded and passed in the TG from member to member.
This is based on who signs up and goes in order of the participating members score.
Any participating member that acquires a larger property than what they already have, passes to the fellow member assigned to them and passes the registered property, then that member does the same thing right on down the chain.
This way we have consistent growth on all levels at once and also this creates the encouragement of members helping fellow members, regardless of size and being active in the TG.
The price for the properties to be passed will be “size X size”. Example: a 1000ft2 X 1000.00 = 1,000,000.00 The last member on the ladder can pass smallest property to Alpha Ram Corp at the set rate , where then Alpha Ram will expand the property and then sell at the program rate to start the program over with the expanded property.
This program is open door so you can come and go as you wish but once the program cycle has started you will have to wait till the next cycle. And sign up again for the next cycle.
Also CKC Corporation has offered to donate 10 slots to the TG for building expansion. So contact him to see if any slots are available. He also has agreed to a discounted “members only” rate.

The members who want to participate in a cycle, will sign up by IGM to Alpha Ram Corp., with the size of their building they want to pass and what type of property, when the cycle startup date has arrive the cycle starts and ends when the last participating members sells his property to Alpha Ram Corp.
4. The participating members will receive an IGM from Alpha Ram Corp. with who they are to pass their property to.
